3. Quotations and Estimates

  • Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
  • Estimates are provided as a guide and may be subject to change upon further inspection or if additional work is required.
  • All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
  • Any variations to the agreed upon work may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon with you before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be outlined in the quotation or agreement.
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, credit/debit card.
  • A deposit may be required before work commences.
  • Final payment is due upon completion of work.
  • Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.
  • If we are forced to use debt collection services to collect outstanding monies, you will be liable for any associated costs.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about the electrical work required.
  • You are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the work area.
  • You must provide water and power if needed for the work.
  • You must provide any relevant building regulations or permits, if required.

6. Our Responsibilities

  • We will carry out the work with reasonable skill and care, in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  • We will use materials that meet relevant safety standards.
  • We will provide you with any necessary certification or documentation upon completion of the work.
  • We will maintain appropriate public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

7. Warranty and Liability

  • We provide a warranty of [Number] [months/years] on our workmanship and materials, unless otherwise stated.
  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Our liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the value of the contract.
